SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dhrs7b (dehydrogenase/reductase 7B, also called PexRAP) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dhrs7b qPCR Primer Set – dehydrogenase/reductase 7B
Also known as: PexRAP, RGD1311243
About this gene: Dhrs7b is predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription factor binding activity; acylglycerone-phosphate reductase activity; and transcription corepressor activity. It is predicted to be involved in ether lipid biosynthetic process; fat cell differentiation; and neutrophil differentiation. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including adipose tissue development; brown fat cell differentiation; and regulation of cold-induced thermogenesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 287380; UniProt: Q5RJY4; Chromosome location: 10q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
