SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dgkq (diacylglycerol kinase, theta, also called DGKtheta) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dgkq qPCR Primer Set – diacylglycerol kinase, theta
About this gene: Dgkq enables ATP-dependent diacylglycerol kinase activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway; regulation of gene expression; and regulation of steroid metabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 100361138; UniProt: D3ZEY4; Chromosome location: 14p22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
