SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dgkb (diacylglycerol kinase, beta, also called DGK-beta) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dgkb qPCR Primer Set – diacylglycerol kinase, beta
Also known as: DGK-beta, Dagk
About this gene: Dgkb enables ATP-dependent diacylglycerol kinase activity. It is involved in diacylglycerol metabolic process; lipid phosphorylation; and phosphatidic acid biosynthetic process. Is active in glutamatergic synapse.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54248; UniProt: P49621; Chromosome location: 6q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
