SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dgcr8 (DGCR8 microprocessor complex subunit) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dgcr8 qPCR Primer Set – DGCR8 microprocessor complex subunit
About this gene: Dgcr8 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including RNA binding activity; heme binding activity; and protein homodimerization activity. It is predicted to be involved in DNA damage response; positive regulation of pre-miRNA processing; and primary miRNA processing. It is predicted to act upstream of or within regulation of stem cell proliferation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 287954; Chromosome location: 11q23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
