SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Derl1 (derlin 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Derl1 qPCR Primer Set – derlin 1
Also known as: RGD1311835
About this gene: Derl1 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including enzyme binding activity; identical protein binding activity; and signal recognition particle binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response; proteasomal protein catabolic process; and protein destabilization. It is predicted to act upstream of or within cellular response to unfolded protein and retrograde protein transport, ER to cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 362912; Chromosome location: 7q33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
