SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ddx39a (DExD-box helicase 39A) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ddx39a qPCR Primer Set – DExD-box helicase 39A
Also known as: Ddx39, Ddxl
About this gene: Ddx39a is predicted to enable multiple functions, including ATP hydrolysis activity; RNA helicase activity; and identical protein binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in gene expression; negative regulation of RNA export from nucleus; and negative regulation of innate immune response. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 89827; UniProt: Q5U216; Chromosome location: 19q11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
