SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ddr1 (discoidin domain receptor tyrosine kinase 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ddr1 qPCR Primer Set – discoidin domain receptor tyrosine kinase 1
Also known as: Cak, Drd1, PTK3D
About this gene: Ddr1 is predicted to enable collagen binding activity and protein tyrosine kinase collagen receptor activity. It is involved in animal organ regeneration; collagen-activated tyrosine kinase receptor signaling pathway; and skin development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25678; Chromosome location: 20p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
