SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ddah2 (DDAH family member 2, ADMA-independent, also called DDAHII) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ddah2 qPCR Primer Set – DDAH family member 2, ADMA-independent
About this gene: It is predicted to be involved in positive regulation of nitric oxide biosynthetic process. Predicted to be active in mitochondrion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 294239; UniProt: Q6MG60; Chromosome location: 20p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
