SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Adh1c (alcohol dehydrogenase 1C (class I), gamma polypeptide) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Adh1c qPCR Primer Set – alcohol dehydrogenase 1C (class I), gamma polypeptide
Also known as: Adh, Adh1, Adh1a
About this gene: Adh1c enables all-trans-retinol dehydrogenase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including animal organ regeneration; response to ethanol; and response to progesterone. Predicted to be active in cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24172; UniProt: P06757; Chromosome location: 2q44
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
