SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dct (dopachrome tautomerase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dct qPCR Primer Set – dopachrome tautomerase
Also known as: RGD1564975
About this gene: Dct is predicted to enable dopachrome isomerase activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including melanin biosynthetic process from tyrosine; positive regulation of neuroblast proliferation; and ventricular zone neuroblast division. It is predicted to act upstream of or within cell development; melanin biosynthetic process; and pigmentation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 290484; Chromosome location: 15q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
