SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dclre1c (DNA cross-link repair 1C) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dclre1c qPCR Primer Set – DNA cross-link repair 1C
Also known as: Snm1l
About this gene: Dclre1c is predicted to enable 5'-3' DNA exonuclease activity; damaged DNA binding activity; and single-stranded DNA endonuclease activity. It is predicted to be involved in double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining; interstrand cross-link repair; and telomere maintenance. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including B cell differentiation; DNA metabolic process; and response to ionizing radiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 259171; UniProt: Q5XIX3; Chromosome location: 17q12.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
