SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dclre1a (DNA cross-link repair 1A) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dclre1a qPCR Primer Set – DNA cross-link repair 1A
About this gene: Dclre1a is predicted to enable 5'-3' DNA exonuclease activity; beta-lactamase activity; and damaged DNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining and interstrand cross-link repair. It is predicted to act upstream of or within nucleotide-excision repair.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 292127; Chromosome location: 1q55
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
