SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Dars2 (aspartyl-tRNA synthetase 2 (mitochondrial), also called AspRS) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Dars2 qPCR Primer Set – aspartyl-tRNA synthetase 2 (mitochondrial)
Also known as: RGD1308286
About this gene: Dars2 is predicted to enable aspartate-tRNA ligase activity; aspartate-tRNA ligase activity; and protein homodimerization activity. It is predicted to be involved in aspartyl-tRNA aminoacylation and mitochondrial asparaginyl-tRNA aminoacylation. Predicted to be active in mitochondrion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 304919; UniProt: Q3KRD0; Chromosome location: 13q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
