SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cysltr2 (cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 2, also called RSBPT32) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cysltr2 qPCR Primer Set – cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 2
Also known as: Cyslt2, RSBPT32
About this gene: Cysltr2 is predicted to enable cysteinyl leukotriene receptor activity and galanin receptor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to hypoxia; negative regulation of glial cell proliferation; and positive regulation of ERK1 and ERK2 cascade. Predicted to be active in plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 170926; UniProt: Q924T9; Chromosome location: 15p11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
