SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cyp2w1 (cytochrome P450, family 2, subfamily w, polypeptide 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cyp2w1 qPCR Primer Set – cytochrome P450, family 2, subfamily w, polypeptide 1
About this gene: Cyp2w1 is predicted to enable heme binding activity; monooxygenase activity; and retinoid binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including aflatoxin metabolic process; retinoic acid catabolic process; and xenobiotic metabolic process. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 288517; Chromosome location: 12q11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
