SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cyp1a1 (cytochrome P450, family 1, subfamily a, polypeptide 1, also called CYPIA1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cyp1a1 qPCR Primer Set – cytochrome P450, family 1, subfamily a, polypeptide 1
Also known as: AHH, AHRR, CP11, CYP1, CYPIA1, Cyp45c, Cypc45c, P-450MC, P1-450, P450-C, P450DX, P450MT2
About this gene: Cyp1a1 enables multiple functions, including heat shock protein binding activity; monooxygenase activity; and oxidoreductase activity, acting on diphenols and related substances as donors. Contributes to oxidoreductase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including 9-cis-retinoic acid biosynthetic process; hepatocyte differentiation; and xenobiotic metabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24296; UniProt: P00185; Chromosome location: 8q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
