SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cyba (cytochrome b-245 alpha chain, also called p22-phox) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cyba qPCR Primer Set – cytochrome b-245 alpha chain
Also known as: Phox, p22-phox
About this gene: Contributes to superoxide-generating NADH oxidase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to L-glutamine; cellular response to gamma radiation; and positive regulation of cell population proliferation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79129; UniProt: Q62737; Chromosome location: 19q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
