SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cxcl3 (C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 3, also called MIP2-alpha/beta) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cxcl3 qPCR Primer Set – C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 3
Also known as: Cinc-2, Cinc2, Gm1960
About this gene: Cxcl3 enables chemokine activity. It is involved in cellular response to lipopolysaccharide; neutrophil chemotaxis; and positive regulation of cytosolic calcium ion concentration.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 171551; UniProt: Q10746; Chromosome location: 14p22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
