SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Adcy2 (adenylate cyclase 2, also called AC2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Adcy2 qPCR Primer Set – adenylate cyclase 2
Also known as: AC2
About this gene: Adcy2 enables multiple functions, including G-protein beta/gamma-subunit complex binding activity; adenylate cyclase binding activity; and metal ion binding activity. It is involved in adenylate cyclase-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway; cAMP biosynthetic process; and cellular response to forskolin.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81636; UniProt: P26769; Chromosome location: 1p11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
