SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ctla4 (cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4, also called CTLA-4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ctla4 qPCR Primer Set – cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4
Also known as: CTLA-4, Cd152, sCTLA4
About this gene: Ctla4 is predicted to enable receptor decoy activity. It is involved in negative regulation of T cell proliferation. Predicted to be active in external side of plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 63835; Chromosome location: 9q32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
