SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cth (cystathionine gamma-lyase, also called CGL) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cth qPCR Primer Set – cystathionine gamma-lyase
Also known as: CGL, CSE
About this gene: Cth is predicted to enable carbon-sulfur lyase activity; identical protein binding activity; and pyridoxal phosphate binding activity. It is involved in glutathione metabolic process; negative regulation of cell growth; and negative regulation of cell population proliferation. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24962; UniProt: P18757; Chromosome location: 2q45
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
