SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cstf3 (cleavage stimulation factor subunit 3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cstf3 qPCR Primer Set – cleavage stimulation factor subunit 3
About this gene: Cstf3 is predicted to enable mRNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway and regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 362178; Chromosome location: 3q32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
