SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Csrp3 (cysteine and glycine rich protein 3, also called CRP3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Csrp3 qPCR Primer Set – cysteine and glycine rich protein 3
Also known as: CRP3, MLP
About this gene: Csrp3 enables MRF binding activity and RNA polymerase II-specific DNA-binding transcription factor binding activity. It is involved in blood vessel remodeling.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 117505; UniProt: P50463; Chromosome location: 1q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
