SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Csrp1 (cysteine and glycine-rich protein 1, also called CRP) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Csrp1 qPCR Primer Set – cysteine and glycine-rich protein 1
Also known as: Csrp
About this gene: Csrp1 is predicted to enable actinin binding activity. Predicted to be a structural constituent of muscle. It is predicted to be involved in muscle tissue development and sarcomere organization.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29276; UniProt: P47875; Chromosome location: 13q13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
