About this gene: The Csnk1e protein is a serine/threonine protein kinase and a member of the casein kinase I protein family, whose members have been implicated in the control of cytoplasmic and nuclear processes, including DNA replication and repair. The Csnk1e protein is found in the cytoplasm as a monomer and can phosphorylate a variety of proteins, including itself. The Csnk1e protein is reported to phosphorylate period, a circadian rhythm protein.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
