About this gene: Csnk1d belongs to the casein kinase I family of serine/threonine protein kinases. A highly similar human protein regulates an array of cellular processes by influencing the Wnt and hedgehog signaling pathways. The Csnk1d protein may also be involved in the regulation of apoptosis, circadian rhythm, microtubule dynamics, chromosome segregation, and p53-mediated effects on growth.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
