SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Csf2 (colony stimulating factor 2, also called GM-CSF) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Csf2 qPCR Primer Set – colony stimulating factor 2
Also known as: Gm-csf, Gmcsf
About this gene: Csf2 enables cytokine activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to lipopolysaccharide; epithelial fluid transport; and response to silicon dioxide.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 116630; UniProt: P48750; Chromosome location: 10q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
