SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Csf1 (colony stimulating factor 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Csf1 qPCR Primer Set – colony stimulating factor 1
Also known as: PG-M-CSF
About this gene: Csf1 enables identical protein binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to parathyroid hormone stimulus; myeloid leukocyte differentiation; and positive regulation of macrophage proliferation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 78965; Chromosome location: 2q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
