SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Crym (crystallin, mu, also called CDK108) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Crym qPCR Primer Set – crystallin, mu
Also known as: CDK108
About this gene: Crym is predicted to enable multiple functions, including oxidoreductase activity, acting on the CH-NH group of donors, NAD or NADP as acceptor; protein homodimerization activity; and thyroid hormone binding activity. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 117024; UniProt: Q9QYU4; Chromosome location: 1q36
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
