SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Crygd (crystallin, gamma D) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Crygd qPCR Primer Set – crystallin, gamma D
Also known as: Cryg4, Len
About this gene: A structural constituent of eye lens. It is involved in lens fiber cell differentiation and response to peptide hormone.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24278; UniProt: P10067; Chromosome location: 9q32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
