SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cry2 (cryptochrome circadian regulator 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cry2 qPCR Primer Set – cryptochrome circadian regulator 2
About this gene: Cry2 encodes a flavin adenine dinucleotide-binding protein that is a key component of the circadian core oscillator complex, which regulates the circadian clock. Cry2 is upregulated by Clock/Arntl heterodimers but then represses this upregulation in a feedback loop using Per/Cry heterodimers to interact with Clock/Arntl. Polymorphisms in Cry2 have been linked to altered sleep patterns.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
