SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Crk (CRK proto-oncogene, adaptor protein, also called p38) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Crk qPCR Primer Set – CRK proto-oncogene, adaptor protein
Also known as: CrkII, Crko
About this gene: Crk enables multiple functions, including insulin-like growth factor receptor binding activity; protein tyrosine kinase binding activity; and scaffold protein binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to nitric oxide; cellular response to peptide hormone stimulus; and regulation of intracellular signal transduction. Predicted to be active in cytosol and neuromuscular junction.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54245; UniProt: Q63768; Chromosome location: 10q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
