SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Crisp1 (cysteine-rich secretory protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Crisp1 qPCR Primer Set – cysteine-rich secretory protein 1
Also known as: Crisp4
About this gene: Crisp1 is predicted to enable calcium channel regulator activity. It is predicted to act upstream of or within binding activity of sperm to zona pellucida and regulation of acrosome reaction. Predicted to be active in extracellular region.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 654517; Chromosome location: 9q13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
