SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Crebl2 (cAMP responsive element binding protein-like 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Crebl2 qPCR Primer Set – cAMP responsive element binding protein-like 2
About this gene: Crebl2 is predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription factor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including positive regulation of D-glucose import across plasma membrane; positive regulation of peptidyl-serine phosphorylation; and protein stabilization. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 362453; UniProt: Q5BJU6; Chromosome location: 4q43
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
