SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Creb1 (cAMP responsive element binding protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Creb1 qPCR Primer Set – cAMP responsive element binding protein 1
Also known as: Creb
About this gene: Creb1 enables multiple functions, including Hsp70 protein binding activity; arrestin family protein binding activity; and histone acetyltransferase binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including learning or memory; regulation of apoptotic process; and regulation of gene expression.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81646; UniProt: P15337; Chromosome location: 9q32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
