SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cr2 (complement C3d receptor 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cr2 qPCR Primer Set – complement C3d receptor 2
Also known as: Cd21
About this gene: Cr2 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including complement receptor activity; immunoglobulin receptor binding activity; and protein homodimerization activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including B cell activation; negative regulation of complement activation, classical pathway; and type I interferon-mediated signaling pathway. It is predicted to act upstream of or within with a negative effect on complement activation, alternative pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 289395; Chromosome location: 13q27
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
