SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cox7a2 (cytochrome c oxidase subunit 7A2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cox7a2 qPCR Primer Set – cytochrome c oxidase subunit 7A2
Also known as: Cox7a3
About this gene: Cox7a2 is predicted to enable protein-macromolecule adaptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in oxidative phosphorylation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29507; UniProt: P35171; Chromosome location: 8q31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
