SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Coro7 (coronin 7, also called Crn7) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Coro7 qPCR Primer Set – coronin 7
Also known as: Crn7
About this gene: Coro7 is predicted to enable actin filament binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including Golgi to endosome transport; actin filament polymerization; and positive regulation of hippo signaling. It is predicted to act upstream of or within Golgi organization and establishment of cell polarity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 192276; UniProt: O35828; Chromosome location: 10q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
