SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cmas (cytidine monophosphate N-acetylneuraminic acid synthetase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cmas qPCR Primer Set – cytidine monophosphate N-acetylneuraminic acid synthetase
About this gene: Cmas is predicted to enable N-acylneuraminate cytidylyltransferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in CMP-N-acetylneuraminate biosynthetic process and N-acetylneuraminate metabolic process. Predicted to be active in nucleoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 312826; Chromosome location: 4q44
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
