SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Clns1a (chloride nucleotide-sensitive channel 1A, also called Cln) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Clns1a qPCR Primer Set – chloride nucleotide-sensitive channel 1A
Also known as: Clci, Clcni, Icln, pICln
About this gene: Clns1a is predicted to enable multiple functions, including lipid binding activity; monoatomic ion channel activity; and splicing factor binding activity. It is involved in cell volume homeostasis and chloride transport. Predicted to be active in cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 65160; UniProt: Q04753; Chromosome location: 1q32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
