SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Clic4 (CLIC family member 4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Clic4 qPCR Primer Set – CLIC family member 4
About this gene: Clic4 enables chloride channel activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to calcium ion; chloride transport; and keratinocyte differentiation. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including endothelial cell morphogenesis; vacuolar acidification; and vasculature development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83718; UniProt: Q9Z0W7; Chromosome location: 5q36
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
