SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cirsr (corepressor of RBPJ and splicing regulator) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cirsr qPCR Primer Set – corepressor of RBPJ and splicing regulator
Also known as: 1700023b02rik, Cir, Cir1, RGD1309199
About this gene: Cirsr is predicted to enable histone deacetylase binding activity; protein kinase binding activity; and transcription corepressor activity. It is predicted to be involved in negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 362149; UniProt: Q5U2T8; Chromosome location: 3q23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
