SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Chst11 (carbohydrate sulfotransferase 11, also called C4ST1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Chst11 qPCR Primer Set – carbohydrate sulfotransferase 11
Also known as: C4ST1
About this gene: Chst11 is predicted to enable N-acetylgalactosamine 4-sulfate 6-O-sulfotransferase activity; chondroitin 4-sulfotransferase activity; and dermatan 4-sulfotransferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in proteoglycan biosynthetic process. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including negative regulation of transforming growth factor beta receptor signaling pathway; post-anal tail morphogenesis; and skeletal system development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 314694; UniProt: P69478; Chromosome location: 7q13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
