SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Chrm2 (cholinergic receptor, muscarinic 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Chrm2 qPCR Primer Set – cholinergic receptor, muscarinic 2
Also known as: Acm2
About this gene: Chrm2 enables G protein-coupled acetylcholine receptor activity. It is involved in G protein-coupled acetylcholine receptor signaling pathway; regulation of smooth muscle contraction; and response to ethanol. Is active in glutamatergic synapse; postsynaptic membrane; and presynaptic membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81645; UniProt: P10980; Chromosome location: 4q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
