SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ch25h (cholesterol 25-hydroxylase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ch25h qPCR Primer Set – cholesterol 25-hydroxylase
About this gene: Ch25h is predicted to enable C-4 methylsterol oxidase activity and cholesterol 25-hydroxylase activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including B cell chemotaxis; negative regulation of fusion of virus membrane with host plasma membrane; and sterol biosynthetic process. Predicted to be active in endoplasmic reticulum membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 309527; UniProt: Q4QQV7; Chromosome location: 1q53
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
