SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cep135 (centrosomal protein 135) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cep135 qPCR Primer Set – centrosomal protein 135
Also known as: RGD1310726
About this gene: Cep135 is predicted to enable microtubule binding activity and protein homodimerization activity. It is predicted to be involved in centrosome cycle; positive regulation of establishment of protein localization; and positive regulation of non-motile cilium assembly. Predicted to be active in centriole and centrosome.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 305288; Chromosome location: 14p11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
