SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TBATA (thymus, brain and testes associated) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human TBATA qPCR Primer Set – thymus, brain and testes associated
Also known as: C10orf27, SPATIAL
About this gene: TBATA encodes a protein that regulates thymic epithelial cell proliferation and thymus size. The TBATA gene product has been identified as a ligand for the class I human leukocyte antigen in thymus. Studies of the orthologous mouse protein suggest that it may also play a role in spermatid differentiation, as well as in neuronal morphogenesis and synaptic plasticity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 219793; HGNC ID: HGNC:23511; UniProt: Q96M53; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001318241.2; Chromosome location: 10q22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
