Human BCL7A qPCR Primer Set – BAF chromatin remodeling complex subunit BCL7A

Also known as: BCL7, SMARCJ1

About this gene: BCL7A is directly involved, with Myc and IgH, in a three-way gene translocation in a Burkitt lymphoma cell line. As a result of the gene translocation, the N-terminal region of the gene product is disrupted, which is believed to be related to the pathogenesis of a subset of high-grade B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 605; HGNC ID: HGNC:1004; UniProt: Q4VC05; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001024808.3; Chromosome location: 12q24.31

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
