SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ASF1B (anti-silencing function 1B histone chaperone, also called CIA-II) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ASF1B qPCR Primer Set – anti-silencing function 1B histone chaperone
Also known as: CIA-II
About this gene: ASF1B belongs to the H3/H4 family of histone chaperone proteins and is similar to the anti-silencing function-1 gene in yeast. The ASF1B protein is the substrate of the tousled-like kinase family of cell cycle-regulated kinases.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55723; HGNC ID: HGNC:20996; UniProt: Q9NVP2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018154.3; Chromosome location: 19p13.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
