SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human H2BC3 (H2B clustered histone 3, also called H2B/f) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human H2BC3 qPCR Primer Set – H2B clustered histone 3
Also known as: H2B.1, H2B/f, H2BFF, HIST1H2BB
About this gene: Histones are basic nuclear proteins that are responsible for the nucleosome structure of the chromosomal fiber in eukaryotes. Nucleosomes consist of approximately 146 bp of DNA wrapped around a histone octamer composed of pairs of each of the four core histones. The chromatin fiber is further compacted through the interaction of a linker histone, H1, with the DNA between the nucleosomes to form higher order chromatin structures.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3018; HGNC ID: HGNC:4751; UniProt: P33778; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021062.3; Chromosome location: 6p22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
